You can often resolve issues with your Xbox 360 by clearing the system cache. The Xbox 360 system cache stores such items as game updates, system update installation packages, and gamer pictures of your friends. Your Xbox won't work on our wireless network. Please note: You'll need to connect via an ethernet cable to a wired network jack. Here's how to find the MAC address on your Xbox, Xbox 360 or Xbox One. We'll need that address to help you if you're having issues connecting to the internet on campus. Make sure that the ethernet interfaces is selected on the left side. Have cleared Alternate MAC address and rebooted console several times with no luck.
